The XR²ESILIENCE project brings together a diverse network of stakeholders and target groups who play a crucial role in shaping the future of mental health support for healthcare professionals.
Our first target group includes in-hospital nurses, who are at the heart of patient care and face significant daily challenges. The second target group consists of informal caregivers and nursing students, whose experiences and perspectives provide valuable insights into resilience and well-being.
Beyond these groups, we actively engage with a broad range of stakeholders – including health policy makers, employers, HR managers, healthcare professionals, intervention developers, care providers, tech companies, doctors, patients, and students. Together, they form a collaborative ecosystem dedicated to promoting resilience, innovation, and mental health across the healthcare sector.
An exciting job — and often a challenging one.
