To ensure that our resilience training truly meets the needs of those it is designed for, the XR²ESILIENCE project actively involves target groups and stakeholders throughout the development process. Through their insights, experiences, and feedback, we aim to create solutions that genuinely work in the everyday reality of nurses and caregivers—taking into account their challenges, boundaries, and practical needs.
Our workshops are interactive, engaging, and inspiring, offering participants the chance to shape innovation in mental health support while being fairly compensated for their time. So far, we have successfully conducted:
– Focus Group Interviews
– Stakeholder Interviews
– Co-Creation Workshops
Together, these activities form the foundation for building meaningful, evidence-based, and user-centered resilience tools.
